A five-roomed house owned by Mrs H. E. Landon at Kimihia, was destroyed by fire about four o ’clock on Saturday morning. Nothing was saved. The occupants wore Mr and Mrs Landon, junr. They were awakened by a pass ing waggon driver sounding his motor horn, and found the house in. ilanies. The outbreak apparently started .in the kitchen.
