MARKET IMPROVING. . (Received 1.20 p.m.) NEW YORK,- November 15. •Wall Street’s gloom was dispelled by a fresh advance of from one to fourteen dollars per share in stocks, which went on absolutely unchecked by liquidation or short selling. Brokers assert that the market is steadily regaining an even keel, following the cessation of bears’ attacks and the influx of well-founded optimism.
