Commissioner Cooksey, who was in charge of the N.Z, contingent of Boy Scouts to the international jamboree, says they are returning with the determination to place scoutiing where it should be in the Dominion, as one of the greatest influences for good which was ever spread over the world. They must have the help of all classes and want men of vision to come forward and take up a work which is a great responsibility and must only be undertaken by those with the welfare of the boys and the future of the country at heart, ========^== I
