WORLD-BEATER BUDGET,

The Moscow correspondent of the British United Press Agency states that what is claimed as the world’s largest Budget was passed by the Council of the People’s Commissaira, amounting to £1,139,000,000, an increase of £339,000,000 on last year. It includes £374,000,000 for developing State industries, from which revenue of £32,000,000 is expected, or three limes last, year’s income. It is estimated that direct, and indirect taxation will yield £500,000,000.
