’“The compulsory conference of parties to the coal dispute ended thi.? evening without an agreement having been reached. The whole discussion had been narrowed down to the question of a slight reduction of wages.
Mr Justice Hibble, the chairman, tvho was empowered to make a decision under the Industrial Peace Act, •will deliver his pronouncement to morrow.
