N.A. KENNEL CLUB EVENT,

SPLENDID EXHIBITION,

The North Auckland Kennel Club’s two-day dog show opened at the Winter Show Buildings this morning, when judging of the various classes commenced.

A magnificent exhibition of dogs was placed before the judge, Mr O. D. A. Rayncs, who has the heavy task before him of deciding the winners in all classes, his confrere, Mr R. G. Ncwall, having had the misfortune to break his arm.

iThe officials of the club must be congratulated on the excellent way in which the show is being conducted, this calling down very congratulatory remarks from the judge. Members of the public, will find the show of exceeding interest, as highclass specimens of numerous breeds are on exhibition, some of which have come from very long distances. A big attraction is the New Zealand champion English setter “Mahutu,” owned by Mr Rayncs, which is at the show’ for exhibition only.
