DECISION RESCINDED
CHILDREN’S TRAM TICKETS. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Auckland Transport Board today rescinded the resolution that school children holding concession tickets must give up their seats to adults when all seats were occupied. The mover said: “I don’t think it is the .hoard’s duty to teach children manners. That is the duty of parents and school teachers.”
