FIRST OF FLEET TESTED. (United Service.) (Received 11.14 0.m.) LONDON, August' 20. Squadron-Leader Kingsford Smith tested the first of a fleet of Avro plaues eaeli carrying 10 passengers. British pilots will probably fly the machines to Australia.
