HIKURANGUS INCREASE. JSS TONS BETTER. Hikiirangi, in common with all other North Auckland, dairy companies, has enjoyed a most prosperous season, which ended last month. The factory made 1308 tong Ccwt 14lbs of butter, an .increase of ISO tons 15cwt 3qrs 241bs as compared with the previous season of 1927-28. The output last month was 51 tons Ic.wt, slightly loss than the 55 tons 12ewt for May, 1928, superfine realising 1/5J per lb in each instance. The payout for May, 1928, was £7lll 14s 3!di, against £O6OI 12,s Od. The total payout for the s seasou amounts to £100,600 ss, compared with £132,065 17s 3d. .
