Messrs R. Hoe (a member for the North Ward) and Mr D. W. Dunlop (secretary to the Auckland Board of Education), who accompanied the Ministerial, party on their tour of the North, (returned to Auckland by the noon, express today. Lieutenant-Colonel John- S.
