A vivid story of a disinherited son, v.iio 'becomes a reporter, meets startling ad ventures, rescues a girl in the Chinese revolution and presents a romance of touching power, is the attractive menu tonight at the Lyceum. William Haines, Anita Page and Polly Moran are the leading artists of the cast, and "rent entertainment they provide. “Annie Laurie’ ’ is announced for Thursday night and the “World’s Entertainers” open on Friday. | The forthcoming production of “High Jinks” by the Whangnrei Society promises to surpass all previous productions by the society. The production will lie particularly strong in comedy. Air Percy Everett, who will be remembered in last year’s production <o.f “The Arcadians” as Peter Dooley, has a role even more suited to his particular talent this year. Air Alfred Morgan plays Doctor Thorne, the irascible and afterwards all too amiable medico, ami he and Air Everett are associated in several scenes, which contrast their different stylos to perfection. Airs Walter Hill will be seen in a part which suits her lifter even than her role in “The Arcadian'” last yefir.
