AMAPALA (Honduras), Nov. 26. The United States President elect, Mr H. C. Hoover, in the course of his first speech on his Central South American tour, declared that he was making the trip to “learn more of the common problems of the western hemisphere, so that I may be better fitted: for the task which lies before me.” He concluded with a plea for improving the understanding between the United States and her neighbour nations.
