TIT FOR TAT
COUNTER MOVE OF FISHERMEN ('•Srpeeia.l to “Northern Advocate.’’) AUCKLAND, This Day. With the object of starting business in Auckland the New Zealand Trawling Company, of Wellington, Napier and .Wanganui, has acquired a site of two quarter-aere (blocks at the Freeman’s Bay reclamation. * 3 The move was instituted, primarily, because of the entry of the Auckland firm of Bandford Limited, into the trade in Wellington a few months ago. The proposal is to establish, at Freeman’s Bay, freezing works and treatment factories which will supply three retail shops to be erected in the main thoroughfares of Auckland.
