DEATH FROM INJURIES
DISTRESSING CIRCUMSTANCES. (Per Press Association.—Copyright.) GISBORNE, This Day. Robert Macaulay Bruce, an English schoolboy, who was caught by the belt of an engine driving a shearing machine at Mokoiwi station, died from his injuries. Owing to a flooded river it was impossible for a doctor to reach him or for him to be removed to hospital.
