GREAT SUCCESS ATTAINED. (Australian Press Association,) (Received 12.4 p.m.) - PARIS, October 10. Dr Ramon, of the Pasteur Institute, told the International Diphtheria Congress at Garehes that it was only a question of a few years when diphtheria with its attendant diseases would be entirely unknown in France.' He hoped during the coming year to secure a perfect vaccine, which he believed would give school schildren immunity, and which he hoped would justify its compulsory use. Already there have been remarkable results among the troops.
