BIG BRICE RECORDED. to “Northern Advocate.") AUCKLAND, This Day. Negotiations for the sale of an hotel in Auckland were completed yesterday, the price being in the vicinity of * £IOO,OOO.
The purchasers arc a new company to be formed, the vendors being the estate of the late John T. Endean, which will retain a substantial interest in the now company. It is understood that no change will be made in the hotel's management.
