FRIENDLY GAME.
MATJKGATUROTO AND- KAMO. Holding a three—nil lead in the first half, Maungaturoto runners-up in the Otarnatea junior competition, suffered defeat at the hands of Kamo by six points to three. Kamo were without the Services of several of their best players, but made a erfeditable showing. Combined movements were rare, and the game at times was straggly. Love, on the wing, scored first for Kamo, and Pepeno, who played a sound game at second five-eighths, gained the other try.
