Magistrate Mosely today sentenced Cyril Louis Walter Withell, aged 27, a cook, to six months’ hard labour for theft of a motor cycle and a month's imprisomont on various other charges of theft, fraud and forgery. The police said accused had been given every chance, but appeared hopeless so far as reformation was concerned.
