Amazing results were attained on the Avas racecourse at the official trial of the rocket motor car. It buonded off like a bomb, emitting flame and smoke. It was travelling at 125 miles an hour 40 seconds after the start.
The inventor, Opel, says he has built a new model capable of 205 miles an hour on a rail track.
