PIONEER PASSES
MB DONALD McDONALD. The death occurred at Waipu this morning of Mr Donald McDonald, aged 84 years. His demise took place at about 9.20 o ’clock when his wife, who was standing at the back door, saw him totter and collapse. When help had been obtained it was found that Mr McDonald had expired. He had just recovered from an attack of influenza.
Mr McDonald was respected and loved by all who mine in contact with him, and his loss will be a great one to the district.
