EXPLOITATION SCHEME
FRANCO-GERMAN CO-OPERATION,
(Received 9 a.m.) LONDON, February 13,
The Berlin correspondent of the “Daily Afail” says that Senator Lomery, an ex-French Minister, made a remarkable statement in the newspaper “Tagliche Rundschau” about negotiations he is conducting in Berlin with a view to gaining German co-operation in the exploitation of French colonics. He describes a plan to form several companies, employing equally French and German capital in the Guinea ivory coast, Equatorial Africa and Senegal. M. Lemery states that the Quai d’Orsay has approved the plan.—Sun.
