JAPANESE CELEBRATIONS, MILLION WORSHIPPERS. (Received 9 a.m.) TOKIO, November 2. Melji Day tomorrow will be a general holiday. This year there will :be more than the usual ceremonies, sppie of which will continue for a fortnight or upwards.
