New Eiver Trot, two miles.—(2) Quick March, coupled with Desert Star, 1; (10) Nelson McElwyn, 2; (4) Lingfield, 3. All started. Won by a short neck, third horse a length further away. Time—s. 4 4-5, President’s Handicap, six furlongs. —(3) Overhaul 1, (5) Receipt 2, (2) Rdb 3. All started. Won by a length, Rob two lengths -further away. Time •—1.19 3-ssec.
Steeplechase (2) Vice Grand 1; (1) Cartoon 2; (7) Kipling 3. All started. Won by 20 lengths, pulling up. Time —5.25 3-5. —Press Assn.
