presentation in the House of Commons will cease. The Lord High Commissioner in Scotland will be appointed to represent the King.
The Scottish Parliament will deal with all domestic affairs except defence forces and foreign affairs, which will be administered jointly by Imperial and Scottish Ministers.—A. and N.Z.
