FUNERAL OP E. C. COPESTAKE,

WANGANUI, This Day.
The funeral of the late E. C. Copestake, jockey, who, died on Sunday as the result of injuries received in a fall at Whangarei meeting last Saturday, took place yesterday afternoon.
There was a very large attendance of owners, jockeys, and racing men, besides many other friends of the deceased. Among ,a ; largo number of wreaths was one sent by the Whangarei Racing Club and another by the Wanganui Jockey Club. The Whjangarei Club was tepresento'd by Mr D. R. Robbins, assistant-secretary of the Wanganui Jockey Club,
