HOCKEY
WHITE HORSE CUP,
The White Horse Cup tournament, under the auspices of the Auckland Hockey Association, will commence at the Remuera Grounds, Auckland, on Monday, June 28, and will be continued daily until completed. The draw for the tournament is as follows: First Day: Waipa V. Franklin; Piako v. Tauranga; Rodney v. Whangarei. Second Day: Waipa v. Piako; Franklin v. Rodney; Whangarei v. Tauranga. Third Day; Waipa v. Whangarei; Franklin v. Piako; Tauranga v. Rodney. Fourth Day: Waipa v. Tauranga; Franklin v. Whangarei; Piako v. Rod-
Fifth Day: Waipa v. Rodney; Franklin v. Tauranga; Piako v. Whangarei.
On Saturday, July 3, the Indian Army hockey team will be playing the Auckland representatives af the Auckland Domain. As a curtain-raiser to this game it has been suggested that a country representative team should oppose the Auckland junior representatives. This matter is to be submitted to a meeting of the managers for their consideration.
