DEPUTATION TO MINISTER. PALMERSTON NORTH, This Day. .With a view to getting the Government to change its decision not to permit stock from mental hospitals being exhibited at various shows, a deputation from the conference of North Island A. and P. Associations waited on the Minister of Agriculture last evening. The Hon. O. J. Hawken promised to do his best to meet the wishes of the conference. —Press Assn. .
