The motor launch Eakanui arrived at Napier last evening on her return journey from Dunedin to Whangarel. A telegam received from Captain W. R. Patterson states that the vessel made a non-stop run from Alcaroa to the Hawke’ Bay port. "When crossing Cook Strait the weather was rough.
