FALL OF THE FRANC
REASON ASSIGNED,
REVOLUTIONARY DOCTRINE.
(Received 12.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 25,
The "Times” in a leader says: "The franc is falling because neither Frenchmen nor foreigners believe that any Government can carry out indispensable reforms through the present Chamber. Moreover, the Government is dallying in the revolutionary socialist doctrine, which is fatal to. the confidence essential to saving France.” —Times.
