" The Bradford Technical College, which is experimenting in this direc: tion, has produced a cloth that will not "bag," but it is not suitable for the making of a coat or waistcoat. Mr A. R. Tindall, a Bradford expert, declares that knitted cloth will never be more perfect than at presents It is impossible to eliminate the bagging propensities of materials knitted with one yarn.
