THE CAMBRIDGE DECISION. (Received 9.3 a.m.) LONDON, February 18. The Cambridge University Union, by 170 votes to 59, defeated the Imperialist resolution, after Lord Parmoor, opposing, advocated the wholehearted substitution of the League ofNations policy.—A. and N.Z.
