OFFICIAL FORECAST. The Government Meteorologist "reports the following weather forecast for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. today: The indications are for south-easter-ly moderate to strong winds. The weather will probably prove squally, with heavy showers. The night will probably be very cold. The barometer is rising, and the weather should improve shortly. The sea will be a <So!&siderable swell and the tides high.
