The Government Meteorologist re forts the foiiowing weather forecast The indications are for south-east-erly winds, strong to gale. The weather probably will be cold and changeable. Heavy rain is to be and the night will probably "be very cold. The barometer is rising. The seas will be rough and the tides; good.
