NORTHERN STOCK SALES. Messrs Dalgetjr and Company, Ltd., reports having lieid their monthly sales at Ohaeawai >and Kaikohe during last week. There were small yardings of cattle, but these sold readily in advance of late rates; Sheep were yarded in fair numbers at Kaikohe and met with keen competition in advance of late rates. No ox beef was yarded. V Cattle.—Fat. cows realised £5 10/ to £6, store cows-£l6/ to £3, two-year steers £2 18/ to £3 16/, heifera £2' 10/ to £3 11/. Sheep.—Two-tooth ewes (in lamb to Romney rams) 30/, four and six-tootli ewes (ditto) 31/1, ewe hoggets 23/7, wether hoggets £1 1/.
