Admiral Robinson, Chief of the Bureau of Engineering in the Navy, has been granted retirement as Rea*Admiral, following on the Teapot Dome oil lease decision. Admiral Robinson approved the oil leases granted by Denby and Fall and has since been passed three time? when promotions were going round. — Sun.
