The Government Meteorologist reports the following weather forecast) for the 24 hours from 9 a.m. today: ,The indications are for variable antl moderate breezes, but easterly winds,, moderate to strong, prevailing and backing by east to north. Weather cloudy to overcast at times, and tho night, will probably be very cold. Tliei barometer has a failing tendency. The sea will be moderate and the tides good.
