SUPERSEDES A BEQUEST,

The f'inn of £200 gifted to the Reorganised Church of Jesus Christ of Letter Day Saints under a will was ordered by the Chief Justice to bo given to Florence Mary Smith, the widow of the testator, for her maintenance. The testator aJid his wife had lived apart before he died in 1924. ■She supported herself until she met with an accident, being now in poor health.
In Addition to the £200 mentioned, His Honour ordered £100 additional;to be paid to the widow. This, with costs, is to 113 taken from a gift of £983 made by the testator to his children befcre h? died. —Press Assn.
