OBITUARY.
BARON BLYTH. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, February 9. Announcement/, is made of the demise of Baron Blyth, who was born on .September 10, 1841. He was vicepresident, governor or member of many agricultural and other societies a net also a director of W. and A. Gilbey, Ltd. The deceased was also chairman of the organising committees of the Franco-British Exhibition in 1008 and the Japan-British Exhibition in 1910.—A. and N.Z.
SIR G. A. CEITCHETT. (Received 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, February 9. The death is recorded of Sir George Anderson Critchett, F.R.C.S.E., who had been surgeon-oculist to the Kingsince 1901. —Reuter.
