BELGIAN DELEGATES.
SURPRISING SELECTIONS (Received 9.50 a.m.) BRUSSELS, August 21. The Government has appointed a Socialist Oppositionist, M. de Brouchere, as .one of the delegates to tho League of Nations Assembly. The appointment is remarkable, as the second Theunis Cabinet dismissed M. de Brouchere from a similar position on the ground of his opposition to occupntion of the Ruhr.—A. and N.Z.
