ACCUMULATING MUNITIONS. AEROPLANES AND SUBMARINES. (Received 11.10 a.m.) LONDON, August 1. The "Times' " Berlin correspondent states that extensive military preparations are proceeding in Russia. German military experts are now actively co-operating with the Red Army leaders, who have decided to order from abroad great quantities of technical equipment. In recent months the Soviet has purchased from Holland, Italy and Switzerland over 700. aeroplanes' and 75 submarines, besides large quantities of rifles and machine giins.— Times.
