UNION NONPLUSSED.
STEAMER FORSDALE WORKED. (Received 11.40 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. The efforts of the Seamen's Union to provoke further trouble on the Forsdale were apparently futile, as no difficulty was experienced when the vessel arrived yesterday. Officials of the Union addressed a meeting or watersiders prior to the vessel's arrival and endeavoured to induce them to refuse, work; however, n resolution was carried in favour of working.—A. and N.Z.
