(Received 9 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. ■Giving evidence before the Royal Commission, consisting of visiting experts who are enquiring into railways administration, Sir Mark Sheldon, president of the Chamber of Commerce, said that administration of the railways should be free from political influence, which at present was exercised to a shocking extent.
