RUSSO-GERMAN DISCORD. TRADE RELATIONS RESTORED. EXTRA-TERRITORIAL RIGHTS. (Received 11 a.m.) LONDON, July 30. The Berlin correspondent of the ''' Times'' says that Germany and Russia are friends again. The diplomatic conflict which arose as a result of the police raid on the Berlin office of the Russian trade delegation in May last: has been settled by a protocol embodythe therms off agreement to be signed. The protocol provides that all measures taken as a result of the conflict, including the breaking off of trad--' relations by tho Soviet, shall be immediately withdrawn and the Russian trade delegation shall be re-establishe:l. It also prescribes that officials henceforth shall receive a guarantee of extra-territorial right. The Ambassador, who was absent from Berlin throughout the trouble, is expected to return in a few days.—, Times.
