EXCLUSION OF JAPANESE. INTENSE INDIGNATION. (Received Noon.) TOKIO, June 3. All the Tolcio and Osaka newspapers were represented at a meeting in Tokio to-night on anti-American exclusion. A resolution was passed declaring grim determination "not to abide, permanently by the rash, discriminatory decision of the United States Congress. —Reuter.
