SHAMEFUL CIRCUMSTANCES.

As an outcome of fieijce street, demonstration in Frankfurt between Socialists and Communists, Dr. Haas, State Attorney, was brutally murdered by a mob passing his home. They dragged Dr. Haas through the streets, where he was kicked and beat6ri to death.
The mob ransacked the house of Dr. Haas' father, who was badly maltreated.
The crowd carried banners, inscribed "To the Gallows with Exploiters! JXo Justice without Blood!"
The mob also visited a popular pleasure resort and turned out the public. The polic3 repelled attempts to break into restaurants and hotels. — A. and N.Z.
