The Health Department reports thnt the cases of pneumonic influenza and pneumonia in various health district? for the week ended yesterday were as follows:— Auckland — Pneumonic , influenza cases 18, deaths 7. Pneumonia cases 9, death 1. Hawke's Bay — Pneumonic influenza case 1, death 0. Pneumonia case 1, death 0. Wanganui and Taranaki — Pneumonic influenza cases 10, death 0. Pneumonia case 1, death 0. Wellington — Pneumonic influenza oases 5, deaths 2. Pneumonia cases 3, deaths 3. [ Canterbury — Pneumonic influenza oases 62, deaths 7. Pneumonia cases 5. deaths 2. Otago — Pneumonic influenza cases 53, deaths 19. Pneunjjonia cases 2, deaths 0. North Auckland reports no eases of influenza or pneumonia for the week.
