FOOTBALL.
At a meeting of the Hikurangi Rovers Rugby Football Club Mr B. Taylor, indicating that it was his intention to again play, resigned from the position of president and the vacancy was filled by Mr Con Little. Considerable discussion took place concerning the number and in which . grades teams would be entered in the Whangarei Rugby Union competitions. , It was eventually decided to enter one senior and two first junior teams. The J.unior B Team (Tartown) is to play Whakapara Juniors on Saturday next and Junior A will play the Seniors.
