(Received 1 p.m.) LONDON, April 18. The capture of Dan Breen has been effected. This Tias put the last important militant Republican out of the way. The dramatic arrest's have stirred Dublin, which sees the dawn of peace. It is doubtful if Breen's clever hid-ing-place would have been discovered only for his carelessness in leaving empty cigarette boxes on the ground. Breen was the deadliest gunman in Ireland.
