NEW YORK, Jan. 26.
The fifteen-year-old girl wiho charged Tex Rickard with having mistreated her, when cross-examined at the latter's trial stuck to 'her .story, though slie admitted that she had lied isevenal times in accusing other (ir.cn similarly on previous occasions. Rickard's counsel said: "I believe there will be no difficulty in proving that the girl is lying in this case also." —A. and N.Z.
