PUBLIC NOTICE. is hereby given that the Whangarei County Council in pursuance of section 131 of "The Public Works Act 1908," has had a plan prepared of a certain road containing 8 acres 2 roods 25.3 perches adjoining sections 1 and 2 ahd passing through section 11, all of Block XIII Hukerenui S.D., which road the said Council proposes to stop and co£e under the said Act. And notice is hereby given in pursuance of the said Act that all persons having any objections to the proposed closing of Jhe said road must lodge such objections in writing at the office of the Whangarei County Council on or before the 20th day of January, 1922.
